Green Bay Packers Week 10 NFL Power Rankings Roundup

Throughout the 2023 NFL season, we will compile a consensus NFL Power Rankings that averages the rankings of all 32 NFL teams.

Below you will find a Week 10 roundup for the Green Bay Packers in our consensus 2023 NFL Power Rankings.

ESPN -- Rank: 24

Non-QB MVP: OLB Rashan Gary

There haven't been many individual standout performers, which helps explain why the Packers are 3-5 and even their wins weren't overly impressive. But Gary came back from a torn ACL he suffered last season and has 4.5 sacks and a team-high 18 pressures despite being on a limited snap count early in the season. He has the eighth-best pressure percentage (13.1% according to ESPN Stats & Information) among all NFL defenders. And he recently signed a four-year extension. -- Rob Demovsky

NFL.com -- Rank: 23

Green Bay took baby steps on offense in the win over the Rams, as the run game was strong, and some of the Packers' young playmakers got in on the fun a bit. Jordan Love not turning the ball over was another clear positive. Still, there's only so much enthusiasm Green Bay can take away from this game, which featured too many empty possessions, including a missed field-goal try, two fumbles and a three-and-out (moving backward) after turning the Rams over on downs near midfield. There were also too many offensive penalties, mostly the result of apparent mental errors. The execution was not at all gorgeous, and it was a bit too close a game against a backup QB. The schedule stiffens significantly, so cleaning those errors up is essential.

CBS Sports -- Rank: 28

They beat a backup quarterback, but a win is a win, I guess. It's something to build on.

USA Today -- Rank: 26

Nice to see LB Rashan Gary land a four-year, $96 million extension coming off a 2022 season curtailed by a torn ACL.

The Athletic -- Rank: 23

Report card: C-minus

The Packers had their highest yards per play average (5.8) and third-highest offensive success rate (40.5) of the season Sunday. The reason? They took some load off Jordan Love, running the ball a season-high 47.1 percent of the time. This team is much better with a healthy Aaron Jones getting 20 carries and could be on the rise if that continues.

FOX -- Rank: 22

It probably helped that the Rams offense wasn't in a position to put pressure on the Packers, but it was still a nice little reset in Green Bay. It felt like, with the run game pacing things, Jordan Love was able to sit back and let things come to him a little more. Maybe not a win that changes your opinion of this team, but still a solid all-around performance.

Yahoo! -- Rank: 26

Seeing Aaron Jones back to a somewhat normal workload was a good sign. The Packers still have a lot of work to do — they had a hard time putting away a Rams team without Matthew Stafford on Sunday — but at least a full offense would give Green Bay a chance to fairly evaluate Jordan Love.

PFT -- Rank: 26

The win over the Rams felt like a loss.
