Josh Allen: For the third time in four seasons, Allen finished the year as fantasy's QB1 with his lone exception during that span being a QB2 finish in 2022. While Allen set a four-year low in passing touchdowns (29) and a four-year high in interceptions (18) last season, he rushed for a career-high 15 touchdowns. Fantasy managers shouldn't expect him to rush for another 15 scores, but the strong-armed, dual-threat quarterback has 3,611 rushing yards and 53 rushing scores in 94 career regular-season games. In addition, he has a minimum of 42 combined passing and rushing touchdowns and 4,830-plus combined passing and rushing yards in each of the past four seasons. While Keon Coleman has instantly become one of my favorite players in the league, the loss of Stefon Diggs (and Gabe Davis) is a net loss in terms of Allen's weapons.

James Cook: Cook had a breakout 2023 season with 1,122 rushing yards, 44 catches for 445 yards and a total of six touchdowns (two rushing and four receiving). The biggest concern with Cook is Josh Allen's dominance with rushing touchdowns. While Allen is unlikely to rush for 15 touchdowns (again), he has 53 rushing scores in 94 games.
Ray Davis: Davis has a compact frame and runs with power, and he was productive — rushing for more than 1,000 yards in back-to-back seasons at Vanderbilt and Kentucky, respectively. While Josh Allen will likely lead the team in rushing touchdowns, the fourth-round rookie should be a short-yardage and goal-line complement to Cook. Given Joe Brady's more run-centric approach, Davis "could have a sneaky-big impact," as ESPN's Jeremy Fowler notes.

Keon Coleman: Coleman is a former (Michigan State) basketball player, who has the frame to box out defenders with the leaping ability and outstanding ball skills to win in contested-catch and jump-ball situations. There may be some concern about his ability to consistently separate given his relatively slow 40-yard dash time (4.61), but he also had the top speed (20.36 MPH) during the gauntlet drill at the combine as well.
Curtis Samuel: The versatile receiver has finished as the WR36, WR25, WR34, and WR44, respectively, in his last four seasons playing 15-plus games. His career-best season (2020, WR25) occurred with Joe Brady as his offensive coordinator. At a minimum, he's a player who should outperform his ADP.

Dalton Kincaid: While the Bills used the 33rd pick on Keon Coleman, the departure of Stefon Diggs (trade) and Gabe Davis (free agency) opens the door for Kincaid to take a big leap in his sophomore campaign. As a rookie, he finished with 73 catches for 673 yards — both of which were top 10 among tight ends — but only two touchdowns.
