The following are picks in recent mock drafts for the Titans:
Rotoworld - Thor Nystrom (8/21)
17. Christian Barmore, IDL, Alabama
The Titans rolled the dice on Jeffrey Simmons recently and won big -- how about another gamble on a high-ceiling interior lineman? Barmore is another kind of boom-or-bust proposition: He's only played 269 career snaps. But last season, where he was a designated pass-rusher for two-thirds of the year before starting the last four games, Barmore finished with the same amount of pressures as stud FSU iDL Marvin Wilson… on 123 fewer pass-rushes (per PFF). Enormous (6'5/315) and physically gifted, Barmore is untested but boasts an All-Pro ceiling.
PFF - Mike Renner (8/19)
17. Devonta Smith, WR, Alabama
Corey Davis looks like he has one foot out of the door now that he's had his fifth-year option declined, and his replacement ain't on the roster right now. Smith has some of the best ball skills in all of college football, with only three drops on 112 catchable balls over the past two seasons. On a roster loaded with NFL receiver talent, it was Smith who led the team with 1,259 yards.

18. Marvin Wilson, IDL, Florida State
The Titans are a team spearheaded by a head coach off the Bill Belichick tree in Mike Vrabel -- who was bred as a player behind all of the horses the Patriots implemented up front to keep their LBs free. Wilson is cut from that same cloth and should see plenty of one-on-ones with Jeffery Simmons in the picture. A stalwart at the point of attack, Wilson can help fill the void left behind by Jurrell Casey.
Pro Football Network - Oliver Hodgkinson (8/16)
19. Jaylen Twyman, IDL, Pittsburgh
With a lack of depth at the heart of the defensive line and uncertainty around Vic Beasley, the Tennessee Titans' main areas of focus in the 2021 NFL Draft will be on the defensive side of the ball. However, don't rule out the Mike Vrabel adding a pass-catcher or two in the form of a wide receiver or tight end for extra weaponry for the re-signed Ryan Tannehill.
Jaylen Twyman adopted the #97 Pittsburgh Panthers made famous by Aaron Donald, and rather than buckle under the pressure, he has thrived. Twyman isn't Donald, but he has put up similar production in his college career. An excellent pass rusher from the interior, Twyman can use the extended offseason to help build up the weight he will need to excel as a run-stuffer at the next level.

ESPN - Todd McShay (8/12)
19. Tyler Shelvin, IDL, LSU
Addressing either pass-rusher (Vic Beasley Jr. is on a one-year contract) or wide receiver (while A.J. Brown is the real deal, there isn't much behind him) here would have been a reach. If Clemson receiver Justyn Ross' health were a little more clear, he would have been in the mix. Instead, the Titans can take one of the best available players. Shelvin isn't much of a pass-rusher -- though he is better than his zero sacks suggest -- but he is very stout against the run. And with DaQuan Jones signed only through 2020, Tennessee could use another run-stopper up the middle to hold it down with 2019 first-rounder Jeffery Simmons.

18. Marvin Wilson, IDL, Florida State
Shipping Jurrell Casey to the Broncos for a lone seventh-round pick was one of the bigger surprises of the offseason. Despite Jeffery Simmons returning healthy and proving to be a reliable contributor as a rookie, the team still lacks a rock-solid presence up the middle of the defense. With Wilson now clogging both A gaps, he has the wide body and power in order to wreak havoc.
Pro Football Network - Matthew Valdovinos (8/9)

The Titans are consistently my least favorite team to mock year in and year out. It's not because I don't like the roster, it's quite the opposite. The Titans roster is loaded and possesses very little weakness or needs throughout. However, after trading long time franchise star Jurrell Casey to the Broncos for just a seventh-round pick, the Titans could use another interior rusher next to up-and-coming star Jeffery Simmons.
Barmore isn't well known yet, but he will be. Seemingly every year, Alabama has an interior defender who bursts onto the scene when given more substantial playing time. We could be talking about Barmore as a top-10 prospect sooner than you think.

The Draft Network - Joe Marino (8/3)
18. Quincy Roche, EDGE, Miami (FL)
The Titans have an exciting young pass-rusher in Harold Landry, but the options off the edge outside of him are slim. For a defense that is multiple in alignment, Roche is the perfect fit.
Transferring from Temple to Miami, Roche is explosive, fluid, and technically-refined with his pass-rush plan. He projects well to playing in space and filling a variety of roles at the next level, but his most exciting ability is how nuanced he is as a pass-rusher.
