Quarterbacks

A.J. McCarron242.5151.616858.56.511.226.90.10.490.89
Signed to a backup-sized contract this offseason, McCarron could enter 2018 as the team's starter and may even finish all of 2018 as the starter. That said, it's only a matter of time before the team transitions to Josh Allen, the seventh-overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. In addition, reports suggest that Nathan Peterman has outplayed him this offseason. With one of the league's least impressive group of pass-catchers and tenuous grip to a starting job, McCarron is nothing but a depth option in 2-QB formats.
Josh Allen121.370.48735.54.913.460.30.30.354.35
While there are more important attributes in quarterback play, few, if any, quarterbacks in the league have a stronger arm than Allen. That said, he's also the most raw out of the first-round rookie quarterbacks and could end up sitting all of 2018.

Running Backs

LeSean McCoy256.31050.85.944.5329.31.80.7182.81
Averaging a career-low 4.0 yards per carry, McCoy was a do-it-all option for the Bills last season. Not only did he rush for 1,138 yards and six touchdowns, but he led the team in targets (77) and receptions (59). Going into his age-30 season, Shady will remain the focal point of Buffalo's offense for as long as he's on the field. Given the serious domestic abuse allegations he faces, something he categorically denies, there is a lot of uncertainty surrounding his status for 2018.
Chris Ivory128.6501.53.211.792.40.41.378.39
Ivory averaged a career-low 3.4 YPC for Jacksonville last season and the 30-year-old back signed a two-year deal with Buffalo. With LeSean McCoy facing serious allegations, Ivory would be the first option if McCoy were to miss any time.

Wide Receivers

Kelvin Benjamin56.2781.25.60000.2111.32
Traded during the season to the Bills, Benjamin finished the full season with 48 receptions, 692 yards and three touchdowns. With only 16/217/1 in his six games with the Bills, Benjamin wasn't 100 percent during that time, but he should lead the team in receiving assuming good health in 2018.
Zay Jones38.34292.7000059.1
Following a bizarre offseason incident, Jones will look to improve upon a less-than-mediocre rookie campaign (27/316/2). Jones is recovering from both shoulder and knee surgeries, but he is expected to be ready for the start of training camp.

Charles Clay48.3526.54.30000.178.25
Leading the team in receiving yards (558) last season, Clay may be the team's most reliable pass-catcher outside of LeSean McCoy, who led the team in targets and receptions. With more than 500 receiving yards in all three of his seasons in Buffalo, Clay is a borderline TE1 for 2018.
Nick O'Leary18.8263.21.30000.233.72
Logan Thomas13.1133.61.60000.122.76
